Our team is led by:
Scott Edmunds, Founder and President
Scott formed CSE & Associates Inc. in 1996 to specialize in high-end production and custom homes in luxury master-planned communities. Prior to starting his own firm, Scott worked in the family homebuilding business.
After his graduation from Southern Methodist University in 1985, he joined his father, Geoffrey H. Edmunds. For 11 years, Scott worked in land acquisition, finance, construction, home design and project management, helping the company grow from 50 home sales in 1985 to more than 200 home sales in 1995 — the same year the successful family business was sold to Toll Brothers.
Kirby Korth, Vice President
Kirby has been with CSE & Associates since late 2003. Prior to joining the firm, Kirby worked as a development and building industry consultant to the Lyle Anderson Companies. He also has held leadership positions with Golden Heritage Homes Inc., a SunCor company, and UDC Homes in Arizona and California.
Kirby has been a licensed real estate broker since 1988 and holds an Arizona general contractor license. He has an MBA and a bachelor of science in business from Arizona State University.
Connie Gregory, Controller
Connie joined CSE & Associates as the controller in 2004 after 16 years as an accounting manager for two homebuilding companies — Geoffrey H. Edmunds & Associates and Anderson Homes. Prior to entering Arizona’s homebuilding industry, Connie worked in cost accounting for a Fortune 500 company in her home state of Nebraska.
Dave Rowland, Purchasing Manager
Dave has been with CSE & Associates since 2005. He has a bachelor’s degree in construction management and engineering from the Del E. Webb School of Construction at Arizona State University. Prior to joining CSE, Dave was an assistant purchaser and an assistant land acquisition and development coordinator for a Phoenix-based homebuilding company.
